Creating an Open Req and Candidate within…
Once assigned an open req, open a new ticket using the + sign on the left hand side
Fill out the fields accordingly * Note: the Summary should be the Job Title
Click Create once all fields are filled out
You've created your first Open Req with TRAKREK!
Once you start acquiring potential candidates for this Open Req, click the More button under the Job Title at the top > Select Create Subtask > you will now be prompted to fill out different fields to store information on the Candidate.

You've documented your first candidate in TRAKREK!
Notice: it now lives within the Open Req you just created.
Each time you create a new candidate, the list will grow and show their status in one view within the Open Rec.

Control.
Control the status of an Open Req and Candidate…
While in an Open Req or Candidate ticket, you will see buttons at the top, below the job title or candidate's name. Once one is clicked, the status will change.
Notice that the date of the status change will appear over in the Dates section of the ticket. These are editable by hovering your mouse over the date.
If you move the candidate or open req later than the actual date, it is important to make edits as it will impact reporting.
Comment to the hiring manager or those interviewing the candidate to discuss the candidate’s interview. Use the @ symbol to tag them in the comment. They will recieve an email notification.
Attach documentes such as the job description, a candidates resume or assesment scores. Drag an attachment into the attachment section or click browse to select a document to attach.

Each report will automatically get updated every 24 hours from the last time the data was imported
Something look off? Drill through the data point to find a list of tickets submitting resulting in that data point.
Click on the data point > select Drill through issue > results will be presented
Want to focus on one quarter? Select a quarter and drill through a level to view each month in that quarter
Click on the quarter > select Select this> click on the quarter again > select drill through level > select Month. The graph is now broken out by month in the quarter selected.
Filter a chart by department. Want to see what Account Management is up to?
Use the dropdown, Department, at the top of the chart and select Account Management. The chart will automatically filter out any ticket that do not have Account Management selected in the Department field.
Export a chart into Excel.
Each chart has a download symbol in the top right hand corner.
Use this to export the chart into Excel to freeze the data.
